Processing Time & Shipping Fee

We prepare every Dasheveltd order with care.

Processing time

  • Standard processing: 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
  • Peak seasons (holidays / New Year): Processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping fee

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 per order (all destinations).

Estimated Delivery Times

Because orders may be fulfilled through global partners, delivery times can vary by destination. The estimates below are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 11–16 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–20 business days

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after a shipping label is created.
  • If tracking doesn’t update right away, your package may still be moving through the carrier network.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer.
  • Dasheveltd isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs inspections/clearance.

Customs charges are uncommon for small home/household items, but rules vary by country.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to keep delivery moving.

  • To request an address change or cancellation, contact service@dasheveltd.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order enters processing, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email service@dasheveltd.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in transit

If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
